Had some bad curb rash on my wheels. Emailed the shop for a quote, they got back to me within 30 mins with a quote, and got me scheduled for today. Picked up the car, the wheels look new.

I had metal magic remove a dent that was pretty deep on my hood, and they removed the damp perfectly, but in the process the paint around the dent chipped and they didn’t charge me to remove the dent and they didn’t charge me to paint the hood. I rate these people, a five star for their integrity and their quality of their work.

Metal magic did a fantastic job removing a dent from my car. You'd never know it was there. They were also able to get the car into the shop soon after we contacted them for an appointment, and it took only 2 hours to complete the repair.

The team at Metal Magic is excellent. I had a few dents from the factory that I needed fixed as well as window tinting. They were able to work their "magic" and make the dents dissappear I was surprised they were able to fix them one of them perfectly and the other only my meticulous eye would see but they told me the one they may not be able to fix due to location, they were upfront about expectations to me which they exceeded. I had my windows tinted as well. They did an excellent job, however there were a few tiny flaws as well as I had vent visors with clips. The clips caught the tint and we didn't realize until the 2nd time. I had to bring it in a 3rd time. No one blamed me although some of the ownership was on me for not realizing it was the clips were catching the tint. I only provide feedback for exceptional quality service or in the event that service is unacceptable. These guys were exceptional. The team communicates efficiently and they even had one of the kids in providing customers with a smile. Keep it up metal magic, your business model works!!!
